Christine is a Masters prepared Gerontologist (study of aging) and a Registered Clinical Counselor specializing in strength based, motivational and cognitive behavioral therapy for seniors and their loved ones.
She believes strongly in dignity, choice and maximizing our strengths as we age instead of focusing on illness and limitations. If you find yourself suffering from low self esteem, loneliness, depression or anxiety she can help you learn how to thrive despite challenging times. She will also focus on connecting you with publicly funded or private resources if these would benefit you in your journey to increased wellness.
